Welcome to the Ultimate website. The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, accessing, browsing, or placing an order on our website, you are indicating your acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Galway Stationery Delivery Policy Orders must be placed by 5pm in order for next day delivery. Our delivery service is Monday to Friday using our own fleet of vehicles. With regard to third party deliveries, we operate under the courier’s delivery time schedule. Delivery Charges Orders under €75.00 (excl vat) will incur a delivery charge(plus vat @ 23%). All common orders are under the above terms but there will be some exceptions for specialised items, such as Office Furniture and other bulky or special order items. We will advise you of the delivery charge for special orders. Your delivery location may also have a bearing on delivery times. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. All goods returned must be in their original packaging and will only be accepted with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. There is a number of items which may not be returned unless they were defective or spoiled: Food, Beverages, Clothing, Footwear or items of a perishable nature. Your statutory rights are not affected. It may be discontinued or unavailable for us to source under unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have been used as an alternative for the named product. Pricing Policy There are certain items on our online shop which may increase and decrease from time to time and we reserve the right to change our pricing without prior notice. Certain items like on Ink Cartridges and Toners may change as these are dependent on currency fluctuations, demand and supply etc. Payment ultimate.ie accepts payment online with Visa Credit & Debit Cards and Master Credit Card. All orders must be paid online before your order will be processed. Taxation All ROI customers will be charged 23% VAT on to the product prices. The listed prices shown online do not include VAT.
